Flex-Rigid PCB
The hybrid flex-rigid PCB that IXM MERGE is armed with is the first of its kind in the entire biometrics industry, contributing to its slim form and a breathtakingly svelte design with a maximum depth of only 33 mm. The Flex-Rigid PCB technology uses a single consolidated PCB, eliminating various failure points and reliability concerns arising due to inter connections between multiple PCBs. A phenomenal performance and a stunning look – the flex rigid PCB consists of all the core values embedded into the Invixium cullture!
Active Thermal Sensor
The innovative razor slim sensor from NEXT blended perfectly with the design requirements of IXM MERGE, enabling the sensor placement flush to the product surface for a smooth and natural finger placement. Operating on Active Thermal Sensing Technology, MERGE combines unparalleled performance with a flawless user experience for any finger type – dry, wet or otherwise. IPS LCD CAP Touch
The kaleidoscopic 2.0 inch in-plane switching (IPS) LCD delivers brilliant colors with a 170 degree wide viewing angle, making it easy on the eyes for the user. Similar to our flagship product IXM TOUCH, the IXM MERGE LCD screen has been constructed with Corning Gorilla Glass 4, providing it with the toughness that tends to get masked by its overwhelming beauty and elegance. Android OS
All Invixium products, including IXM MERGE are built on the highly customizable and open sourced Android OS. The Android OS provides you with the ability to build a custom ROM as per your requirements making it easier to use and more personalized if needed. In case you are not interested in a custom ROM, the built-in OS and ROM have been designed to be exceptionally user-friendly and fun to operate.

The idea for IXM MERGE CR was born out of the need for a gorgeous looking smart card reader with superior functionalities and terrific performance. Consisting of all the ingredients of the MERGE family except the LCD and the fingerprint sensor, MERGE CR supports various RFID card technologies and is integrated in IXM WEB, making it an ideal solution for installations where both biometric and card based devices are required.
